The device has a string loop introduced into an opening (O) of parts (1, 2) of a body (A) and housed in a screw gate carabiner. The carabiner is placed at a side in another opening (M) of another part and a side in a trigger guard of a harness. A ring (2') protects an element (P) from friction of the string, where the element is placed at the center of the ring. The element has density lower than 1, and height of the element is maintained such that the volume of the element restores average mass density of the device to a value smaller than that of water to allow floating of the device.
