The accessory has a square rigid rod (2) whose end is provided with a rigid flat hook (4), where the rigid rod is extended transversely at an axis of a bar of a transversal roof (6) of a vehicle. Another rigid flat hook (3) forming U-shape at an adjacent side of the bar is directed towards down of the accessory. The latter rigid flat hook is transversal to the bar, and is positioned at same side with respect to the bar as the former rigid flat hook for allowing immobilization of the accessory on the bar of the roof of the vehicle.
