The door (30) has a shell (32) in which a longitudinal reinforcement (50) is fixed. A anti escape device (60) avoids transversal escape of the longitudinal reinforcement in case of frontal impact. The device comprises a transversal stop component (62) that is longitudinally arranged in a projection of the shell and transversally opposite to a free front end (52) of the reinforcement, so that the component and the reinforcement are in stop state during the front impact to block the transversal displacement of the reinforcement. An independent claim is also included for a body comprising an extension of a side door.
