The anchoring bolt has a median part (P1) provided with a side wall (20) that is in a form of cylinder (Cy) defining a longitudinal axis (22). End sleeves (28, 30) are provided in the median part. One end piece (P2) is provided with a through hole (40) with a section larger than that of a threaded rod (11) and not greater than that of a head (12). An elastic force exerting unit exerts elastic force on longitudinal tabs (32, 34), where the elastic force has a component (Fe) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder and is directed towards an exterior of the cylinder.
