The module (LCU) has serialization terminals (B1, B2) that are set in series with homologous modules through a series connection conductor (13). A voltage converter (16) and a switch (S) e.g. N channel metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) transistor, supplies voltage from the current circulating in the conductor, to the module. The transistor disconnects a photovoltaic panel (12) when series current is interrupted by a general switch at the level of an inverter or by lifting the panel. An independent claim is also included for a module assembly management center comprising a sensor.
