The method involves realizing an interior plastic panel (10) and an exterior plastic panel (20), and realizing an excavation in a site (2). The interior plastic panel and the exterior plastic panel are placed in the excavation, where the interior panel and exterior panel form an enclosure. A structure material e.g. concrete, is poured in a cavity (8) for forming a wall, after hardening the structure material. A formwork surface (12) of the interior panel and a formwork surface (22) of the exterior panel of the wall are spaced.
