The device has two frames (1, 2) reinforced by horizontal bars (5) and connected by hinges. The frames are provided with perforated plates or screens (4) ensuring for protection of a child or animal. Each frame has a closing system (8) composed of a rectangular ring. The ring is provided with a notch for introduction of studs with a handle. A handle maintaining system is arranged on the perforated plates or screens. A top part of the frames is provided with a lockbolt (7).
