This assembly comprises a measuring device (50) comprising a receptacle (60) and an insert (62) disposed in the receptacle (60). The measuring device (50) includes means (68) for driving in rotation of the receptacle (60) around a central axis, the receptacle (60) and the insert (62), delimiting between them an intermediate space (64) of the measurement of the drilling fluid. The assembly comprises a unit (58) of the control and measurement, which is adapted to record information representative of the force applied by the drilling fluid in the insert (62) during the rotation of the receptacle (60). The assembly comprises a pipe (84) for supplying drilling fluid to be measured in the intermediate space (94) and a pump (82), comprising an input connected to a take-up head (80) and an output connected to the feed pipe (84) in order to pump the drilling fluid towards the intermediate space (64).
