The tension bolt has a screw (1) pierced with a radial hole (13), and a nut (2) provided with a support face (211) and an elliptical threaded crown (25) including an elliptical section, where the threaded crown is placed at an end opposite to the support face. The threaded crown is extended by a notched crown whose inner diameter is larger than base diameter of a thread of the nut. A pin (3) i.e. split pin, is inserted in gap (23) in the radial hole of the screw. An operating unit (21) is provided between the threaded crown and the support face.
