The device has solar tubes (4) for connecting self-drainable collectors. The collectors include openings (6-8) allowing complete filling of fluid without pressure and allowing complete drainage of the fluid by gravity. Each collector is formed by an external envelope (1) and an internal envelope (2) separated by a thermal insulation layer. One of the collectors is placed at a top of the device. The other collector is placed at a bottom of the device, where dimensions of the collectors are variable depending on the number of the tubes.
