The device (DC) has an analysis unit (MA) delivering orders to a clocking unit (MH) in case of detection of closure of openings e.g. doors (P), of a system i.e. car (V), where the device is arranged for triggering warning of a user of the system in case of detection of closure of each opening of the system and detection of interference by wave channels and/or absence of reception of locking signal by a locking device (DV) during a chosen duration consecutive to detection of closure. The clocking unit generates a stop signal when a delay of a duration equal to the chosen duration is passed. The controlling device is software modules or electronic circuits or a combination of electronic circuits and software modules. An independent claim is also included for a locking device comprising a wave receiver for receiving a locking signal transmitted by wave channels.
