The vehicle (10) has a floor pan (22) determining a frame of an access opening (30) e.g. door, at rear of a cab interior of the vehicle. A rear door leaf (12) is removable by pivoting along a horizontal axis transversely extending to the vehicle. The rear door leaf closes the access opening in a closed position. The opening is free at a completely open position. Two external side extensions (34) of the door leaf extend toward a front part of the vehicle, and are connected to side panels (16) by two pivoting mechanisms defining a pivoting axis (32) of the door leaf.
