The strap has a plate (B) that is asymmetrically longer in a rear side than a front side with respect to an axis so as to be fixed to a bar (A). The plate presents a low slope zone with respect to a plane of a zone, to allow the heel of a shoe of the horseman to be positioned correctly in the strap without having to advance the leg. The plate presents a slope zone perpendicularly receiving adjustable staples for preventing the unfastening of the shoe.
