The vehicle has a supporting assembly (A) supporting undercarriages and other suspension elements. Another supporting assembly (B) supports the elements forming the vehicle. The assemblies are articulated at a point (C) placed above center of gravity of the vehicle to permit freedom of movement pendular to the latter assembly. Energy resulting from the movement of the latter assembly is exploited and returned to the former assembly for obtaining better distribution of the weight of the vehicle on the wheels during turning.
