The beam (1) has a lattice (2) formed of an upper steel rod (21) connected to lower steel rods (22) via a metallic frame (23). An insulation heel (3) includes insulation products (31) covering the lower steel rods. The heel is made of polyurethane, and includes interjoist support zones (35) at both sides of the lattice. A reinforcement frame is enclosed in the heel at level of the support zones to locally rigidify the heel. The reinforcement frame includes unitary reinforcement parts that are distributed along the lattice. The heel has an envelope made of fiber sheet or plastic shell.
