The apparatus has an inversed U-shape base covering a horizontal upper part of a backrest, where a front surface of the base is formed with reduced height. A back surface of the base is formed with large height for receiving a set of flexible and bent lamellas that are adapted to be closely engaged with different forms of upper parts of the backrest. The back surface of the base has a receptacle in which a vertical tube is slid vertically. The tube receives a hanger in its upper part, and is blocked in different positions.
