The device has a small elastic stud (1) materializing in the form of a folded metal plate (2) whose profile is an inverse U shaped and lateral branches terminated in blades (5) bent orthogonally toward exterior and equipped with holes (7) for attachment of the small stud to a sheet metal fixed support by screwing. The lateral branches have a profile in a broken line designing a bellows-like structure. Fixation screws fixing the device to the fixed support are provided with cover nuts to set on the fixed support.
