The ring (70) has ring portions (70a, 70b) jointly defining an inner passage (74) and an outer track (72) to respectively receive a shaft (55) and a connection fitting (54). The ring portions respectively have opposed abutments (76a, 76b) for blocking the fitting. The ring portions respectively integrate a female end portion (78a) and a male end portion (78b) that are interlocked with each other. The male end portion defines a part of the inner passage.
