The device has a casing transportable using a transport handle, and comprising a stop/start button (1), a logo (2) and a volume adjusting button (3). A screen (4) is located between two loudspeakers (5). A barcode scanner (6) is placed on a top part of the casing for scanning a barcode of a medication. The loudspeakers enunciate the name and function of the medication in an audible manner, when the barcode is passed under the scanner. A recharging port is located at a bottom part of the casing and connected to a recharging nozzle of a rechargeable box. A cable connects the device to a socket.
