The process of preparing and projecting a low density hemp concrete, comprises tightly shifting a moistened binder to a first feeding path, shifting a lightweight dry aggregate (5) of plant origin through a second feeding path between a feeding inlet and a connection with the first feeding path, storing, measuring and transporting the light aggregate, partially coating constitutive elements of lightweight aggregate by the moistened binder at the connection, and transferring an outlet path arranged in the extension of the first feeding path of coated elements towards a surface. The process of preparing and projecting a low density hemp concrete, comprises tightly shifting a moistened binder to a first feeding path, shifting a lightweight dry aggregate (5) of plant origin through a second feeding path between a feeding inlet and a connection with the first feeding path, storing, measuring and transporting the light aggregate, partially coating constitutive elements of lightweight aggregate by the moistened binder at the connection, and transferring an outlet path arranged in the extension of the first feeding path of coated elements towards a surface. The moistened binder is obtained from the mixture with an aqueous liquid of a binder that contains compounds comprising an alkaline-earth element and/or a clay based compound. The compound comprises lime, plaster, quick-setting cement or clay. The moistened binder and the light aggregate are moved continuously. The coated elements are projected during the transfer by moving in a general direction defined by the first feeding path. The moistened binder leaves the first feeding path with a first bulk flow, and the aggregate leaves the second feeding path with a second bulk flow, where the ratio between the first and second flow is 1:12 to 2:3. The moistened binder leaves at a flow rate of 0.4-3 T/h of dry binder at an opening of a sprayer such as a nozzle. The low density concrete has undergone a rebound on the surface or recovered after scraping or recovering the structure.
