The device has concentric rockers (5, 6) whose rotation axes are perpendicular. A first rocker i.e. rectilinear arm, equipped with a pocket in its center, where the pocket accommodates jointly and perpendicularly an impact detecting cell. The first rocker pivots around its horizontal axis, and is articulated on two draw-bore pins (15a, 15b) integrated with a second rocker. Two extrusions are introduced and articulated in two holes (17b) of a protective case (4) and integrated with a vehicle, where the case carries and encloses the detecting cell and the rockers.
