The coupler has a closed ring casing (1) containing fluid and rotatably connected with a shaft. A hub (2) and the closed ring casing are connected to another shaft by bearings (5), and are sealed by rotary joints (6). The closed ring casing carries a double turbine (3) that comprises two cylindrical parts (3-1, 3-2) whose tubular walls are connected by vanes. The hub carries another double turbine (4) that comprises parts similar to the cylindrical parts, where action of the parts of the latter double turbine is identical to that of the former double turbine.
