The condenser has a body mounted on a seat of a base, and including condensing tubes mounted through respective condensing units. A bracket (30) is mounted on the base beside the body. A nebulizer has a low-voltage direct current motor (41) firmly fixed with the bracket. The nebulizer has a shaft (42) that is connected to and driven by the motor. The shaft is mounted in an open space formed between the condensing units. A nebulizing disk (50) i.e. volute centrifugal disk, is firmly integrated around the shaft, and is mounted in the space formed between the units.
