The screw (1) has a longitudinal axis (A) for threads (4, 5), where one of the threads is located distally with respect to the other thread. One of the threads comprises a screw thread whose proximal surface forms an angle with a proximal direction of the longitudinal axis and greater than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees. The other thread has a screw thread whose proximal face forms an angle with a proximal direction of the longitudinal axis and greater than or equal to 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees.
