The scissors have two stainless steel collars provided with interchangeable plastic rings to adapt the plastic rings to size of fingers of a user, where maintenance of the scissors on the fingers of the user by the plastic rings limits the fall of the scissors attached to a hand. The collars are rapidly and easily penetrated into the forefinger and the middle finger of the user such that the scissors are positioned between the forefinger and the middle finger of the user.
