The device has two fixation parts (5) for fixing a protector (1) on ground, where each fixation part is formed by two portions (6, 7) maintained with one another by a magnetized connector. One portion (6) is fixed on the ground by utilizing an adhesive (8). Another portion (7) is provided with an integration unit (10), where the integration unit integrates the latter portion with the protector. The tow portions of the fixation parts are arranged one above the other at an assembled state by magnetization. An independent claim is also included for a safety installation for preventing burns and/or fires.
