The device has a plasticized adhesive plate whose rubbery plate (1) is fixed by a Velcro(RTM: Hook and loop fastener) fixation system for applying resin on a shoe. The rubbery plate is stuck to the shoe by simple pulling of the rubbery plate from a side strip of the device. The rubbery plate is covered with flexible horizontal slats (2) so as to avoid casting of the resin. The rubbery plate is provided with a storage box.
