Cosmetic method comprises applying to the keratin material of the individual, at least one layer of a composition comprising a continuous aqueous phase, where the aqueous phase contains at least one polysaccharide polymer and at least one active living probiotic microorganism, and the composition comprises 0-0.001 wt.% of preservative and 0-1 wt.% of animal milk. Independent claims are included for: (1) cosmetic or dermatological composition comprising a continuous aqueous phase; and (2) conditioning article comprising at least one sealed container containing a composition comprising a continuous aqueous phase, and means for distributing at least part of the composition, where the means allow to distribute the part of the composition without contacting the remainder of the composition contained in the container with the external environment to the contents of the container.
