The plastic wall has a rectangle frame attached to walls of a swimming pool or a waterline by anchoring wires (2). A middle part comprises a polystyrene plate covered with fine high density PVC foam between two laminations made of glass, carbon fiber or aramid fiber and epoxy resin. The wires are tightened with the elements of the plastic wall through metal eyelets (10). Edges of the rectangle frame are bordered by an ethylene polished chlorine foam flange (12). The plate, the PVC foam and the laminations are protected by polyurethane varnish.
