The energy source has rechargeable batteries assembled in a reversed T-shape harness container (1) or bag carried by a user and connected to a portable electric tool by an electric cable (14). The harness container or bag includes a vertical portion (2) and a horizontal portion (3). The vertical portion is mounted on a rear of the user along a spinal column by a lashing unit (4). The horizontal portion is mounted around a belt of a body of the user. Horizontal branches (3A, 3B) are fixed in front of the user body to ensure distribution of masses and weight of the harness container or bag.
