The device has a garment (1) comprising a woven optical fiber (2), where entries of fibers are gathered in a beam (3). An electronic box (6) is equipped with a programming button (7) for programming ignition and extinction periods of light sources, storing cumulated ignition duration of light sources and controlling internal temperature of the electronic box by a ventilator and a temperature sensor (4).
