The harrow has a metal reinforcement fixed with tilted metal points to perforate tires of motor vehicles. Stabilizers are placed perpendicularly when the harrow is unfolded in order to stabilize the harrow, and are equipped on convex caps in order to facilitate displacement of the harrow on ground. Elements constituting the metal reinforcement are connected with each other by an attachment unit. A lower part of the attachment unit is in contact with the ground of convex form. A crossing notch (1) allows evacuation of air in the tires.
