The assembly has a guiding channel (10) placed at an end of a bar (12). The channel is provided with two opposite guiding surfaces. A track shoe (1) is positioned in the channel, and cooperates with the guiding surfaces. The shoe has a friction cord that forms a closed loop with one of the surfaces and is flexible in a direction perpendicular to a sliding direction. A locking system (11) locks the bar in a determined position before being integrated in the channel. The shoe is covered with an anti-noise coating i.e. fluorinated resin of type Teflon(RTM: PTFE). The shoe includes a lower part in the form of plain friction sole and an upper part matched with a semi-ovoid cord.
