The system has articulated sides bearing rain and wind without blocking visibility of a user of a bicycle. An inclinable flexible spring allows an inclination of a rectangular-shaped anti-UV and impermeable tissue top. A curve part of the sides is made of steel. The tissue top is fixed on a vertical central rod. The vertical central rod maintains a seat of the bicycle. The sides are supported by Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) bands that are stored under the top.
