The plectron has a toe (2) and a plate (1) that are integrated with each other when a flat side (6) of the plate inserted into a slot (8) of the toe is abutted against bottom (7) of the slot. Slotted pins (3) of the toe are adjusted at interior of holes (4) of the plate. The toe comprises two disengagement holes (5) to accommodate the slotted pins.
