The device has two parts fitted in a horizontal direction, and two spikes fitted in a vertical direction. A solar collector (D) is integrated with one of the parts. A sensor is placed under a lower part of a plate (E) and connected with small lamps by a wire as electric garlands. The spikes are dimensioned to plant the plate in soil.
