PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately analyze tire performance while preventing a calculation time from becoming long.SOLUTION: The tire performance simulation method includes: a step 102 for creating a tire body model in which the element breakdown of a tire body is performed; a sep 108 for executing deformation calculation when the tire body model is rotated; a step 114 for creating a tread pattern model in which the element breakdown of a tread pattern is performed, and a physical property of the rubber material is set by viscous elasticity; a step 116 for creating a road surface model which is formed by element-dividing a road surface contacting with the tread pattern by using a size smaller than the size of the element of the tread pattern; a step 112 for calculating a deformation trajectory of an area corresponding to the tread pattern model when the tire body model is rotated on the basis of the deformation calculation result when the tire body model is rotated; and a step 120 for executing the deformation-calculation of the tread pattern when the tread pattern model is rotated on the road surface model with the deformation trajectory as a boundary condition.
