PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural panel of an artificial satelite, having a built-in heat exchanger.SOLUTION: The structural panel (PS) for an artificial satelite includes an outer plate (PE) intended to be arranged in the outside of an artificial satelite, a core (AM) including at least one built-in heat pipe (CAL) attached in fixedly contact with the outer plate (PE), and an inner plate (PI) intended to be arranged in the inside of the satelite, wherein a general heat exchanger adapted to be combined with a thermal control circuit used for circulation of cooling liquid is equipped in the structural panel (PS), and the circuit is located in the outside of the panel.
