PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image display device able to prevent a decrease in the display quality of a three-dimensional image.SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus 31 for the three-dimensional image display device comprises: a pressure reduction chamber 32; a stage provided in the pressure reduction chamber 32 and carrying thereon a display panel for displaying an image; a support part provided in the pressure reduction chamber 32 and supporting a lens plate 4 with a lenticular lens so that the lens plate 4 is opposite the stage; a stage moving mechanism 35 configured to move the stage from the outside of the pressure reduction chamber 32; a pressure reduction part 39 configured to reduce pressure in the pressure reduction chamber 32; and a control part. The control part carries out first movement for the stage by using the stage movement mechanism 35 such that a display panel 2 on the stage and the lens plate 4 supported by the support part are aligned. The control part carries out second movement for the stage such that pressure in the pressure reduction chamber 32 is reduced by the pressure reduction part 39 and the display panel 2 on the stage is pressed against the lens plate 4 supported by the support part.
