PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously manufacture a liquid crystal display panel of high quality at a high speed by accurately inspecting the liquid crystal display panel while carrying the liquid crystal display panel at a high speed.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing device and an inspection device are disposed in a series of carrying devices for carrying a liquid crystal cell and a liquid crystal display panel. The inspection device includes: a light irradiation unit which is disposed on one side of the carrying devices and irradiates the liquid crystal display panel carried by the carrying devices, with a linear light beam parallel with a breadthwise direction of the carrying devices; and an imaging unit which is disposed in a position being on the other side of the carrying devices and being inclined at a prescribed angle in a carrying direction of the carrying device or its opposite direction with respect to an irradiation direction of the linear light beam from the light irradiation unit and continuously images a region irradiated with the linear light beam, of the liquid crystal display panel carried by the carrying devices, along a line parallel with the breadthwise direction of the carrying devices.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
