PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement metal plate which enhances opposing force to shear stress applied to a steel frame beam.;SOLUTION: A reinforcement metal plate 10 for a steel frame beam 1 having a through-hole 4 in a web 2 includes an opening 13 at the center for exposing the through-hole 4, and outer peripheral edges 11 and 12 surrounding the through-hole 4 in an octagonal form, in a state fixed to the web 2. Each of the four sides 11 of the outer peripheral edges of the octagon forms an oblique line 11 inclined at an angle of approximately 45° relative to the member axis 1a of the steel frame beam 1 in the state fixed to the web 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
