PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for dissolving a differential pressure to a reformer, which is caused in a thermal decomposer.;SOLUTION: When a measurement result by a pressure meter 4p of the thermal decomposer 4 exceeds a predetermined steady operation allowable range, a differential pressure dissolving operation for stopping the supply of organic matter raw material while continuing the circulation of heat carrier and the supply of hot air from a hot air generation device 1 to a preheater 2 is performed. When the measurement result by the pressure meter 4p of the thermal decomposer 4 is returned to the predetermined steady operation allowable range during this differential pressure dissolving operation, the supply of organic matter raw material is restarted, and the pressure dissolving operation is terminated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
