PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined cycle power plant.;SOLUTION: The combined cycle power plant 10 includes a gas turbine 16, a condensing turbine 40, a steam turbine 18, and a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) 32.
