PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-key opening degree preset value acquisition device or the like which is reflected with an operation characteristic or the like of each ink key, and can acquire a preset value of an ink-key opening degree.;SOLUTION: An ink-key opening degree set value is specified on the basis of a symbol pattern area ratio at each ink key, and an ink-key opening degree preset value is acquired by correcting the data.
