PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconstruct a stereoscopic image including not only shape information indicating the outline of a target but also in an internal structure.SOLUTION: The stereoscopic image reconstruction device for reconstructing a target stereoscopic image includes: an imaging unit for imaging a plurality of dark transmissive images; a feature area selection unit for selecting a plurality of feature areas from the transmissive images; a feature area distribution calculation unit for calculating a spatial distribution of the plurality of feature areas based on positions on the transmissive images; a stereoscopic image reconstruction unit for reconstructing, when the plurality of transmissive images are stacked to reconstruct a stereoscopic image indicating the target stereoscopic image, the stereoscopic image having dark states allocated to the entire target by allocating the dark states indicated by the plurality of transmissive images to the respective positions of the plurality of feature areas to reconstruct a stereoscopic image indicating a stereoscopic structure in each of the plurality of feature areas.
