PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method and a simple apparatus for producing low-grade coal slurry that has high slurry concentration and low viscosity and is suitable for gasification by a pressurized gasification furnace, and a gasification system equipped with such a production apparatus.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the low-grade coal slurry comprises: a first step of reforming coarsely crushed low-grade coal at a high temperature under high pressure; and a second step of adding water and a dispersant to the reformed low-grade coal and slurrying the low-grade coal by a wet-crushing method. The apparatus for producing the low-grade coal slurry comprises: a dry-crushing apparatus 1 for dry-crushing low-grade coal; a high-temperature high-pressure kneading apparatus 2 for reforming the dry-crushed low-grade coal; and a wet-crushing apparatus 5 for slurrying the reformed low-grade coal by adding water and a dispersant discharged from the low-grade coal by the reforming treatment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
