PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber holding member, a photoelectric conversion terminal, a photoelectric conversion module, and a manufacturing method of the photoelectric conversion module which improve the yield in manufacturing processes.;SOLUTION: An optical fiber holding member of the invention includes: a resin substrate 10; optical fiber holding holes 11 formed penetrating through the resin substrate 10; and electric wiring parts 12, each of which is continuously formed from a first surface S1 of the resin substrate, in which the optical fiber holding holes 11 open, to at least a second surface S2 and a third surface S3 that are different from the first surface S1, is at least partially exposed on the first surface S1, the second surface S2, and the third surface S3, and has an exposed portion on the second surface S2 which is formed so as to protrude from the second surface S2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
