PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifrequency monopole antenna which can achieve impedance matching easily and comes in a compact size.;SOLUTION: A multifrequency monopole antenna 50 comprises a first radiation conductor part 1 which is composed of a rod-like body having a length set according to the wavelength of a first frequency f1 included in a prescribed first frequency band among a plurality of frequency bands and a second radiation conductor part 2 which is connected integrally with the first radiation conductor part 1 and is composed of a plate-like body whose linear distance to the farthest point, or a position farthest from a power feeding part, is set according to the wavelength of a second frequency f2 included in a second frequency band differing from the first frequency band f1 among a plurality of frequency bands, a part of an outer peripheral portion ranging from the power feeding part to the farthest point of the plate-like body being cut off. The power feeding part is installed at a position based on a length set according to the wavelength of the first frequency f1 relative to a tip position of the first radiation conductor part 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
