PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which sorting is not required by forming bamboo and lumber into a fixed shape, whereas in a crushing machine that shears off by rotating a blade, since the bamboo is longitudinally split when crushed due to the properties of the bamboo, the length is not made uniform, the shape to be repeatedly used is not obtained and hence sorting is required.;SOLUTION: In the device, a feeder 2 and a feeder 3 are installed on the table of a pedestal 1, and a pressing device 4 is installed therebetween. A cutting device 5 is installed at one end on one side of the pedestal 1, and a pressing device 6, a pressing device 7 and a pressing device 8 are installed between the cutting device 5 and the pressing device 4. The bamboo is inserted from the opposite side of the cutting device 5, fed by the feeder 2 and added with pressing force by the pressing device 4. The bamboo is fed by the feeder 3 while adding an external pressure to the bamboo by the pressing device 8. The bamboo and the lumber are fed through the cutting device 5 by the feeder 3. The bamboo and the lumber are fed through the cutting device 5 by the feeder 3 to fix these by the pressing device 6 and the pressing device 7 such that the free width of the bamboo and the lumber is fixed. After fixing, these are cut by the cutting device 5. Thus, the lengths of the free width of the bamboo and the lumber are adjusted by the feeder 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
