The solar power generation device 2 includes: a plurality of solar power generation panels 20 comprising a light receiving surface with a trigonal pyramid shape and performing photovoltaic conversion of sunlight; and a reflection mirror-cum-wind collection plate 22 or the like provided along a lower end peripheral edge of the solar power generation panels 20 and guiding reflected light of the sunlight to the light receiving surface of the solar power generation panels 20.
